We really can't say enough good things about Elite. From start to finish, Elite's communication was excellent with us receiving regular updates from the Paul, the contractor manager. Our home was always treated as if it were their own which allowed us to have complete peace of mind whilst we weren't living there. This also included keeping the house organised and tidying at the end of each day. The admin team (Sam, Emily and Helena), the contractor manager (Paul) and all of the team including Andy, Mark and Craig worked together to ensure the process was smooth. Paul ensured the process was organised and timely. He was trustworthy and open and honest, making us feel comfortable leaving the management of the work in our home in his hands. Every member of staff I came into contact with were polite, professional, respectful and approachable. They explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the questions we had along the way. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they really worked hard to make this a good experience for us. All of the team who worked on our home were true craftsmen in all the trades involved. They went above and beyond to ensure our choices were considered and they adhered to deadlines agreed along the way. They made sure every aspect of each room was attended to and the scope of work was fully completed- we couldn't be happier! I would not hesitate to recommend Elite to anyone needing work done. Although our work was given to Elite through our insurance following a burst pipe, we know how lucky we were to get such a professional and hardworking team! 5 Stars!!!!!

All of the personnel I dealt with provided excellent customer service and came when I was expecting them. The builders who came to repair the wall were fantastic. I was initially told the wall, built in the 1930's, would have to be taken down and replaced. This meant my privet, probably as old as the wall, would also be removed. The builder had experience restoring historical houses and was able to come up with an alternative plan. The wall was repaired. Iron bars were put into the wall for strength and the damaged blocks restored. I still cannot see which were the damaged blocks. This repair meant there was much less impact on my property. I am amazed at the workmanship. The builders were very clean and had all the facilities they required so did not affect me at all. I believe the work could not have been done any better by anyone else. It was first class. Both the builders were polite and got on with their job.

I have recently had work done to repair damage to my home after a burglary. My insurance company directed me to Elite Maintenance and I have been delighted with the quality of the repairs. Initial contact with staff through phone calls were dealt with efficiently and dates for work to be done were offered and any questions that I had were answered in detail. When the tradespeople arrived, they were always on time, took the trouble to lay protection down to prevent dust and dirt getting elsewhere and always vacuumed the area at the end of their day The quality of the workmanship was excellent to the extent that new doors ,door frames and repair to cupboard fitting in my bedroom plus replacing a floorboard, when completed, were as if nothing had happened in the first place. Thank you for your excellent service and for the consideration shown to me throughout their time here .
